What could be causing electrical problems with my 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier?

First the driver side headlight, highbeam and lowbeam went weak. Second my horn quit working. Then my interior light stopped working. My dad has cleaned all the grounds and he just put in a new battery. When you turn on the headlights and then turn them off, the daytime running lights will stop working and the daytime running light indicator on the dashboard will flash.

The light switch area or try moving the tilt wheel in that area or try moving the tilt wheel in that area.
