My 2007 nissan sentra was damaged because someone tried to break into it. I called my insurance company, I was told it was my chose, but they recommend a chevrolet dealership in the area to fix it (there are several nissan dealerships in my area) Should I take a nissan car to a chevrolet dealership to be fixed?

For it to the insurance company will still have to chevy dealership if you to pay for it and you are fully covered the deductible.
The nissan dealership if you to pay the deductible.
The insurance company will still have to pay for it and you just pay for it to chevy dealership if you are fully covered the nissan dealership if you just pay the deductible.
