Is it possible to attach 2005 honda civic wheels with 4 lugs to my 1998 chevrolet cavalier 5 lugs?

I have these fairly new 2005 honda civic wheels that i’m wanting to replace my current 1998 chevrolet cavalier wheels, but the problem is that new wheels have 4 lugs, not 5. I can only find 4 to 5 adapter plates, but not 5 to 4. Is there a solution?

No. Or get all your cavalier suspension redone to a honda civic. You should not even go 4 - 5 bolt

It is possibly but very stupid. Youll need to get new spindle hub assemblys, rotors, drums, breaks, calipers, and some other things. That will cost you more than new wheels themselves.
