      before going to all that trouble have a duplicate key made at your local lock smith. doesn’t sound like a lock tumbler problem as much as it does a bad key

      The key teeth might be worn too much or you could try spraying the ignition switch it might be dry.

      just remeber..u wil have to change door locks if u chance ingntion bar..id say ur key is just wore out nout ur ingntion bar..
